Coins.ph is recruiting a Payment Operations Lead in Manila for a full-time hybrid role that leads a payments operations team. The lead oversees PESONet and InstaPay processing, settlement, reconciliation and end-of-day balancing, and acts as the top escalation point for settlement issues involving internal teams and banking or e-wallet partners. The role also defines team KPIs and prepares operations for new payment features and rail changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and manage the performance of the payment operations team.
- Oversee PESONet and InstaPay transaction processing, settlement and reconciliation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex settlement issues and partner service levels.
- Define and report team KPIs and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in payments operations, settlement, banking operations or fintech transaction workflows.
- At least 2 years managing or leading a team in fiat settlement, treasury or payments operations.
- Hands-on experience processing and reconciling PESONet and InstaPay transactions, including cut-offs and return and reject handling.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or a related field.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of BSP rules for electronic fund transfer rails.
- Strong stakeholder management across product, engineering, compliance, finance and partners.
- Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, dashboards and AI productivity tools.
