Coins.ph is hiring a Payments Product Junior Manager in Manila for a full-time hybrid role on its payments product team. The work includes expanding fiat payment offerings through payment providers and banks, productizing e-wallet, tokenized and crypto-to-fiat payments for partners, and shaping payment flows with engineering and design. The role owns payment conversion metrics and supports external clients with API integration questions.
Responsibilities
- Build and expand fiat payment offerings by integrating with payment providers and banks.
- Productize e-wallet, tokenized and crypto-to-fiat payment solutions for external partners.
- Work with engineering and design on payment journeys and on settlement and reconciliation automation.
- Own operational metrics such as payment conversion rates and help clients with API integration questions.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the Philippine banking, fintech or payments sector.
- Experience building end-to-end payment rails, from user flows to provider integrations and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to support decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a STEM, business, finance or economics background preferred.
Qualifications
- Able to communicate effectively with engineering, legal, compliance and sales teams.
- Curious, entrepreneurial mindset.
