Job Description
Coins.ph is seeking a Payments Product Manager to join its product team. Operating as an established crypto brand in the Philippines, Coins.ph is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and serves over 18 million users with wallet, exchange, and electronic payment services.
In this role, the individual will shape fiat payment offerings, develop payment solutions for external partners, and optimize user journeys alongside the engineering and design departments. Candidates will collaborate with both internal groups like finance, operations, and compliance, as well as external entities including Bancnet and PCHC, to drive scalability and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and broaden fiat payment options for users located in the Philippines and other regions through integrations with banking and payment providers.
- Transform payment solutions such as e-wallets, tokenized payments, and crypto-to-fiat options into products for external partners.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to create and refine the user journey within payment flows, as well as backend automation for order processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Take ownership of relevant operational metrics, including payment conversion rates.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to scale operations while maintaining efficiency.
- Communicate with external clients to help address API integration questions and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Relevant working experience within the banking, fintech, and payments sectors in the Philippines.
- Experience constructing end-to-end payment rails for technology platforms, covering frontend user flows, payment provider integrations, and settlement and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with the skill to support assumptions using hard data and metrics.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and external partner teams.

- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with a major in STEM, business, finance, or economics.
