Invisible Technologies is seeking a People Experience Manager to join its fully remote global team. The employer builds an advanced end-to-end artificial intelligence platform that organizes unstructured data, runs digital workflows, deploys agentic solutions, and integrates human expertise for major enterprise clients. In this generalist capacity, you will support the People Experience Director by driving execution across content creation, program management, employee relations, and operations. The position suits an autonomous generalist who thrives in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, enjoys tackling broad responsibilities, and knows how to transform ambiguity into structured outcomes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, finance, and business leadership while operating asynchronously across multiple international time zones.

Successful candidates demonstrate strong project management skills, utilize artificial intelligence tools to efficiently produce written materials, and possess hands-on experience handling United States employee relations cases. Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain internal policies, career paths, leveling guidelines, and competency frameworks across the organization
  • Draft direct internal communications, manager toolkits, briefing documents, and training decks
  • Manage People team programs from inception to completion, including performance cycles and engagement surveys
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across legal, finance, and business leadership to hit project deadlines
  • Handle employee relations cases independently from intake through outcome, including investigations and performance management
  • Identify organizational patterns and collaborate with in-house employment counsel on high-risk matters
  • Streamline daily operations such as onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and ticket workflows
  • Assist People Operations with system rollouts, compliance preparation, and vendor transitions

Requirements

  • Proficiency in leveraging artificial intelligence tools to rapidly produce quality content
  • Demonstrated experience independently managing United States employee relations cases, investigations, and performance exits
  • Generalist background within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
  • Proven track record of project managing initiatives with multiple stakeholders and delivering them on schedule
