The organization is currently hiring a People Operations Associate (End-to-End HR Generalist) to act as the primary human resources partner for its entity in India. Reporting directly to the Global Head of People Operations, the chosen candidate will bridge global strategy with local execution by handling the complete employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, HRIS maintenance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. This position suits professionals with a background in fast-paced tech or startup settings who can manage operational alignment across global teams. The role is based in Bengaluru with remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary human resources point of contact for employees in India, managing daily inquiries and coordinating with managers, Finance, IT, and external vendors
- Maintain precise employee data, HRIS records in platforms like Rippling, compensation updates, and leave or attendance systems
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, new-hire details, leave impacts, and reimbursements to ensure timely salary disbursement with Finance partners
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for India-based roles across business operations, product, and technology functions
- Partner with hiring managers to create structured screening criteria, competency assessments, and interview scorecards
- Manage preboarding, onboarding readiness, asset provisioning, orientation, and new-hire check-ins
- Conduct stay and exit interviews, analyze attrition data, and oversee offboarding activities including access removal and full and final settlements
- Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor regulations such as POSH, Provident Fund, ESIC, and Shops and Establishments
- Drive culture-building events, team offsites, and virtual company gatherings
Requirements
- Possess three to five years of practical, end-to-end HR generalist experience within a tech company or fast-growing startup
- Demonstrate expertise across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and human resources operations
- Show working knowledge of basic payroll mechanics, PF, ESI, POSH, and Indian labor laws
- Bring proficiency in applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and HRIS tools such as Rippling
Qualifications
- Hold an MBA or a Master degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
