ActAI is seeking a remote People Operations Manager, OKRs & Performance to direct the frameworks, processes, and systems that influence company performance. ActAI focuses on developing proactive, agent-first mobile communication applications designed to integrate artificial intelligence into daily user interactions with little to no prompting. In this role, the incumbent will direct enterprise-wide OKR planning and reviews, establish scalable performance management systems, evaluate organizational data, and integrate company values into team programs. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating with leadership to elevate execution, accountability, and team results in a rapid growth setting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and refine the enterprise performance management framework
- Direct company-wide OKR tracking, planning, and quarterly reviews
- Create and deploy scalable people processes to boost organizational effectiveness
- Examine workforce, operational, and performance data to spot trends and evaluate results
- Construct reports and dashboards delivering actionable insights regarding organizational performance
- Specify business requirements for reporting tools, HR systems, and automated workflows
- Collaborate with internal leaders to enhance execution and team results
- Establish structured frameworks for career growth, calibration, promotions, and performance evaluations
- Promote initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, accountability, and ownership
- Integrate company values into daily operations, performance evaluations, and employee programs

- Participate in strategic organizational projects and people initiatives during company expansion
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Bring background in HR Strategy, People Operations, People Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn insights into action
- Show prior experience creating or enhancing OKRs, performance management frameworks, or organizational processes
- Apply structured thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Draft clear business requirements and optimize operational workflows
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives utilizing strong project management skills
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders successfully
