Job Description

GitLab's People Technology group builds the systems base that allows the company to scale as a fully remote organization across the globe. This Workday-focused analyst has a direct manager who is the Senior Director, People Technology, works beside seasoned colleagues, and works hand in hand with the People Ops team, HR business partners and the recruiting group so People platforms stay healthy. The analyst protects data integrity by managing security role assignments and running periodic system and security audits. The role configures, tests and releases everyday enhancements and annual programs, reviews upgrade features, carries out regression testing, and readies stakeholders for upcoming changes. It also keeps records of configurations, procedures and integration and reporting schedules, loads large data sets, and distributes policies after careful testing.
