The position offers a base salary between $90,000 and $100,000 per year, alongside performance bonus eligibility and comprehensive employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assigned accounts using deep knowledge of the product suite to drive client progress and results.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with dealership decision-makers, owners, and management.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and create strategic action plans to address client goals.
- Resolve immediate bottlenecks and apply strategic thinking to remove barriers that prevent clients from reaching objectives.
- Engage clients regularly via virtual screen share meetings to share actionable insights.
- Create and execute turnaround plans for accounts identified as at-risk.
- Expand existing accounts and drive new revenue through store expansions and product upsells.
Requirements
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable home office setup and strong internet connection.
- Professional experience with Automotive Digital Retailing SaaS vendor account management or consulting.
- Strong computer literacy, including daily usage of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
