Responsibilities
- Execute authentic personal finance workflow tasks utilizing securely linked Canadian bank accounts with all personal information redacted
- Apply professional judgment to topics such as RRSPs, TFSAs, FHSAs, mortgages, savings plans, and CRA personal tax filing with clear written explanations
- Critically review and evaluate AI-generated financial guidance against established rubrics to deliver concise feedback
- Verify and interpret financial documentation illustrating how Canadian consumers and advisors handle registered accounts and household financial choices
- Help create and refine evaluation rubrics and grading criteria related to personal finance outputs
- Stay current with updates to Canadian tax, registered account, and savings regulations
Requirements
- Four or more years of practical experience in banking, wealth management, financial advising, accounting, or tax planning focused on Canadian households
- Active standing in Canadian credentials such as CFP, QAFP, CIM, PFP, or CPA
- Comfort with securely connecting personal Canadian bank accounts through Plaid with PII redacted before use
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical financial concepts clearly
Qualifications
- Professional designations including CFA or CTP in addition to Canadian credentials
- Background in rubric-based evaluation, model output review, or AI system training projects
- Demonstrated ability to draft assessment guidelines, rubrics, or scoring criteria for complex financial topics
