In this role, the person will oversee performance across platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and Apple, handling publishing elements such as titles, thumbnails, chapters, publishing schedules, and promotional short-form content. Responsibilities
- Publish and schedule episodes across Apple, Spotify, YouTube, and clip platforms
- Develop platform-optimized titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, and thumbnails
- Manage YouTube podcast settings, Spotify video setup, Apple feeds, transcripts, and captions
- Execute a quality checklist for every episode prior to release
- Drive growth strategy on YouTube and Spotify by analyzing data and scaling successful tactics
- Create and execute a short-form strategy across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts to drive subscriptions
- Monitor key performance indicators like click-through rates, views, retention, and subscriber counts to inform the team

Requirements

- Reside in the United States or the United Kingdom
