Included Health seeks a Population Health Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to act as a primary operating partner for its Population Health business units. This remote, full-time individual contributor position reports directly to the Senior Director of Population Health Strategy & Operations. The ideal professional balances long-term strategic planning with hands-on operational execution, turning complex multi-departmental initiatives into clear, actionable plans.
In this capacity, the professional will lead operational testing for care and case management teams, oversee cross-functional projects, manage day-to-day business reporting, and utilize artificial intelligence productivity tools to drive efficiency. Key duties involve conducting deep operational assessments, facilitating leadership huddles, identifying workflow bottlenecks, and collaborating with product teams to design features that support clinical outcomes and margins.
Included Health operates as an integrated virtual care and navigation company dedicated to improving healthcare standards by offering members guidance, advocacy, and coordinated virtual and physical care options.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational testing and experiments for care and case management as well as navigation teams
- Manage cross-functional projects including audits, transitions, and staffing workstreams while tracking timelines and KPIs
- Oversee daily and weekly business readouts and performance metrics for the care and case management sector
- Conduct operational deep dives and shadow teams to detect bottlenecks and build corrective testing solutions
- Execute margin improvement projects by strategizing secondary clinician utilization and clinical operations
- Leverage artificial intelligence and automation tools to enhance team productivity and workflow efficiency
- Represent operational needs in product partnership meetings to align tools with clinical outcomes
- Anticipate programmatic risks and construct proactive mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of seven years of professional experience in a fast-growing business leading cross-functional projects
- Demonstrated capability to analyze workflows, locate logjams, and design testing resolutions
- Advanced modeling capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of AI productivity tools to accelerate deliverables and optimize processes
- Demonstrated capacity to organize, prioritize, and delegate multiple simultaneous tasks
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain seated for long periods and utilize standard office equipment with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Prior professional experience within the healthcare sector
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, with Looker experience preferred
