Job Description
BlinkRx, part of Blink Health, is hiring a bilingual Practice Access Manager who works remotely. The role is full-time and customer-facing. It involves managing a set of accounts in an assigned region or territory and helping healthcare providers and their offices understand access solutions and reimbursement options for patients.
The posting describes BlinkRx as a pharma-to-patient platform, with a digital concierge offering aimed at people prescribed branded drugs, featuring clear pricing, home delivery and support.
Day-to-day work includes educating provider offices and their staff on BlinkRx services, based on manufacturer rules and the platform, and supporting prior authorizations and status updates. The role also works alongside the brand field team and partner field representatives.
Applicants need a strong command of English and Spanish, in writing and in speech, so they can serve Spanish-speaking clients. Experience in pharmacy sales, managing healthcare accounts or outbound selling within healthcare or pharma is strongly preferred, along with an understanding of prescription workflows across provider offices and pharmacies.
The role calls for strict confidentiality and sound judgment. Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce and a softphone system is preferred. Occasional travel for training, conferences and in-person provider visits is part of the job.
