The company reports over 1,300 staff and more than 6,200 customers. This remote, U.S.-based role leads its central privileged access management practice.
The practice team handles presales and post-sales PAM work for internal sellers in every region. The work ranges from deployments that accompany product sales to ongoing managed offerings. The practice lead sets strategy and the roadmap, defines service offerings, reference architectures and delivery standards, and leads architects, consultants, engineers and analysts.
Responsibilities span assessments, design, moves and transformation work across both on-site and cloud estates, whether hybrid or software-as-a-service. The lead champions just-in-time access, zero standing privileges and secrets management, and maintains ties with CyberArk, Delinea and BeyondTrust. Helping with proposals, RFP answers, statements of work and executive presentations is also part of the job.

Responsibilities
- Define the practice's strategy, roadmap and growth across major PAM platforms
- Establish service offerings, delivery methods, reference architectures and standards
- Direct PAM architecture, implementation, migration and managed-service engagements
- Design PAM solutions that fit client needs, security goals and total cost
- Run maturity assessments and draft target-state transformation roadmaps
- Provide technical oversight of large PAM programs for security, architecture and compliance
- Work with identity, cloud, DevOps, networking, risk, compliance and audit staff
- Coach and grow architects, consultants, engineers and analysts
- Track utilization, revenue, margin and client satisfaction figures
- Contribute to pre-sales work, proposals, RFP responses and client presentations
Requirements
- Over a decade (12+ years) in security, identity, access management or PAM work
- Seven or more years in PAM with multi-platform expertise
- Hands-on, architecture-level experience with at least one major PAM product such as CyberArk, Delinea or BeyondTrust
- History of building and rolling out large-scale PAM architecture and operating models
- Experience directing large PAM transformation, migration or modernization work
- Understanding of credential rotation, session monitoring, just-in-time and just-enough access, service accounts, and SSH key and certificate handling
- Familiarity with Zero Trust, identity governance, MFA, role- and attribute-based access, SSO and identity lifecycle work
- Experience connecting PAM to Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, ITSM, cloud and DevOps toolchains
- Knowledge of NIST, CIS and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Ability to communicate with executives and consult effectively
Qualifications
- Certifications such as CyberArk Defender, Sentry or Trustee, CISSP, CISM or CCSP
- Delinea or BeyondTrust certifications or advanced training
- Secrets management experience with tools such as CyberArk Conjur, Delinea Secret Server or BeyondTrust Password Safe
- Privileged access work on AWS, Azure or GCP
- PAM automation through REST APIs, PowerShell, Python or Terraform
- Experience building managed services or a professional services practice
- Pre-sales and business development background
