Viatris seeks a Principal EPM Lead, IT Finance to support its global healthcare operations. This professional will oversee Oracle Hyperion and EPM Cloud technologies, guide enterprise projects, and mentor technical team members. Responsibilities
- Manage system upgrades, implementations, migrations, and integrations involving enterprise resource planning platforms
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor developers, analysts, and system administrators
- Partner with executive leadership and finance stakeholders to shape digital finance transformation and EPM strategy
- Utilize automation and artificial intelligence technologies to optimize business and IT workflows
- Handle troubleshooting for complex technical applications and financial business processes
- Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering events
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Bring a minimum of ten years of direct experience supporting, implementing, and enhancing Oracle EPM and Hyperion solutions
- Demonstrate at least five years of leadership experience managing enterprise initiatives or EPM teams
- Possess hands-on knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management, Smart View, and Shared Services
- Show extensive experience with Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting
- Bring strong SQL, data integration, ETL, and scripting capabilities including Groovy, Python, Jython, or PowerShell
Qualifications
- Earn a Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Finance
- Obtain Oracle EPM Cloud or Oracle Hyperion certifications
- Hold a PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification
- Bring previous exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP and Enterprise Performance Management transformation programs
- Demonstrate familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
