Job Description
Legion is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Agentic AI to lead the development of workforce management AI agents that handle operational tasks directly rather than simply acting as a conversational overlay. In this individual contributor position, the successful candidate will steer agent surfaces from initial operational research through prototyping, evaluation, and enterprise deployment. Working hand-in-hand with the company's AI Lab engineers and CEO, the role requires deep technical involvement—including writing prompts, building working prototypes, reading codebase files, and running evaluation sets—while solving complex challenges involving legal compliance, employee pay, and automated decision autonomy.
Legion builds an AI-driven workforce management platform designed to optimize labor efficiency, improve operational workflows, and enhance employee engagement for businesses operating in frontline-heavy industries like retail, hospitality, healthcare, and manufacturing. The company is a remote employer committed to transforming hourly employment.
