Requirements
- More than ten years running product or solution delivery across technical, cloud or platform products
- Record of guiding data-heavy products from first concept through launch and growth
- Deep grasp of AI and ML, covering large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector stores and context engineering
- Able to partner tightly with engineers and data scientists on hard technical problems
- Ability to move quickly, learn from experiments and use AI tools to speed up decisions
- Proven leadership across a matrixed organization in a remote-first environment
- Strong written and spoken communication for technical and executive audiences
- Commitment to the developer persona and to solving real customer problems
