Requirements
- More than ten years running product or solution delivery across technical, cloud or platform products
- Track record of guiding complex, data-heavy products from first concept through growth
- Technical depth across AI and ML, covering large language models, RAG, vector stores and context engineering
- Able to partner tightly with engineers and data scientists on hard technical issues
- Bias to action, with the willingness to learn quickly from experiments and use AI tools
- Leadership across a matrixed organization in a quick-moving, remote-first setting
- Excellent written and spoken communication for technical and executive audiences
- Passion for industry trends and for the developer persona
