The role involves designing product roadmaps, engaging directly with state agencies and community stakeholders, and building scalable platforms for grant-funded programs.

Founded in 2019, Brightline provides virtual and in-person pediatric behavioral health care, including therapy, psychiatry, and diagnostic evaluations for children, teens, and families.
Responsibilities
- Manage product strategy and execution for BrightLife Kids and future public sector partnerships
- Formulate and prioritize a product roadmap focused on renewal defense, scalability, and market expansion
- Collaborate with Clinical, Growth, Finance, Marketing, and Operations departments to build scalable solutions
- Fulfill state and agency commitments including reporting obligations, notification duties, and language access
- Construct core product and platform features to launch and scale grant-funded programs efficiently
- Engage directly with prospective and current government, agency, and community partners in sales and strategy discussions
- Track and improve key metrics such as program utilization, renewal probability, and school adoption
- Lead multi-stakeholder initiatives independently from discovery to delivery
- Coach fellow product managers and help develop the product team
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of product management experience, including building healthcare technology products
- Background operating within multi-stakeholder environments involving governmental or institutional buyers
- Demonstrated zero-to-one product experience building strategic roadmaps from scratch
- Experience partnering with go-to-market and sales teams to draft positioning and value propositions
- Capacity to operate in a client-facing and product marketing capacity with institutional partners
- Analytical proficiency using SQL, experimentation, and product analytics
- Track record of independently guiding large, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution
- Background working in a high-growth scale-up or startup setting
Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health or hybrid digital and physical healthcare
- Familiarity with education-sector, government, or grant-funded program contracts such as Medicaid or school-based mental health initiatives
