The person in this position will focus on learning the craft of designing high-stakes, complex software with early ownership. Responsibilities involve investigating problems, sketching, building low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and participating in user research with clinicians. While initial tasks are well-scoped and paired with a senior designer, the scope expands to cover core desktop-first workflows over time. Prior radiology experience is not required, as the company provides clinical onboarding.
