Bee Talents is recruiting a Product Development Specialist for its client Palatine, a Polish direct-to-consumer e-commerce company in the cosmetics sector. Palatine sells cosmetics for mature women, and its products are made with manufacturers in China. Marketing is already running well, so the company is now building its operations and product side.
The role centers on finding the best available cosmetic products on the market, working with cosmetics factories in China, ordering and testing samples (including with test groups), and comparing products on quality, composition and price. The specialist plans and runs product development from idea through to launch and works alongside the person responsible for the supply chain. The position is for someone who knows the cosmetics business from the product side, can plan development independently, and wants a direct effect on customer satisfaction.
