The ideal candidate will handle support for engineering teams and external consultants using Bentley Geopak and OpenRoads Designer environments. Duties also include working as a Project Delivery validation specialist, administering the CADD Support ticketing platform, and building shared CADD workspaces. Additionally, the role involves collaborating across departments for layout exhibits, running technical webinars, and presenting solutions at user events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise Computer-Aided Drafting and Design software suites using MS C# .NET
- Provide technical and production support for Bentley Geopak and OpenRoads Designer environments
- Perform quality control and validation as a Project Delivery specialist
- Create and test shared CADD workspaces and configurations
- Administer the CADD Support ticketing and service management system
- Collaborate with design departments to prepare technical graphics and layout exhibits
- Deliver training sessions, lead technical webinars, and present at industry user group events
