The company is currently seeking a Product Engineer to join its product development function on a full-time basis. In this capacity, you will operate within flexible, problem-focused pods rather than fixed teams. Your duties will span end-to-end product delivery, encompassing customer discovery, iterative releases, AI-assisted development, and production maintenance across the technology stack.

Responsibilities
- Steer customer problems from discovery to production inside a collaborative pod
- Engage directly with customers to frame problems and ship incremental updates based on user feedback
- Utilize AI agents to draft implementations, migrations, and tests while managing integration, correctness, and maintainability
- Design and deliver reliable production systems emphasizing performance, resource efficiency, and proper observability
- Navigate across the entire codebase as needed by the problem space, collaborating with code stewards when necessary
- Transition between pods, streams, and priority challenges as organizational focuses evolve
- Take accountability for overall outcomes by identifying risks early and making direct decisions
Requirements
- Experience building and delivering end-to-end production systems from design through monitoring and iteration
- Background in designing testing and observability measures for complex software behavior
- Ability to work effectively in polyglot settings and rapidly learn unfamiliar codebases or domains
- Experience utilizing AI tools as part of the development workflow with the capability to review and stand behind generated output
- Demonstrated product and design judgment to shape solutions rather than solely follow specifications
Qualifications
- Strong systems engineering experience in languages such as Rust, C/C++, or Python
