Infomediji is seeking a Product Engineer - Content Team for a fully remote, B2B independent contractor position. This role sits at the intersection of product management and software engineering. The person in this position will manage the end-to-end product experience for studios, creators, and content partners on the platform. Responsibilities include mapping partner workflows, designing self-service tools, eliminating operational friction, and collaborating with backend engineering teams. Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the complete product experience for content partners, creators, and studios.
- Map and refine partner workflows covering applications, onboarding, content submission, publishing, and status tracking.
- Translate partner feedback and business needs into prioritized product solutions.
- Independently build internal tools, workflow automations, integrations, prototypes, and user-facing improvements.
- Collaborate with backend engineering to design scalable systems, workflows, and self-service options.
- Work alongside content and marketing teams to support partner acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Establish product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and delivery priorities.
- Conduct product discovery through market research, data analysis, and qualitative feedback.
- Manage the product roadmap for content-partner initiatives from discovery through iterative delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications or features.
- Background working with backend services, application programming interfaces, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to take solutions from initial concepts through technical design, implementation, testing, and release.
- Experience converting complex operational processes into usable tools and workflows.
- Comfort collaborating directly with users and business stakeholders.
- Capability to investigate issues independently and work alongside backend engineering teams.
- Fluency in both English and Russian.
