Job Description

The company currently seeks a Product Manager to join its team and lead the strategy for external AI tools. In this position, you will determine how the platform's AI layer, Nova, appears across external AI environments. You will collaborate directly with a dedicated engineering group located in Lisbon to design connectors, protocols, and packaging that enable users to execute campaigns through third-party systems.
This opportunity is well-suited for a product professional who possesses hands-on experience building artificial intelligence products for enterprise environments and a strong grasp of agent architectures, APIs, and protocols. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product for Nova. Responsibilities include defining external surfaces, shaping tool-specific capabilities, partnering with design on user experiences, researching market trends within the agentic ecosystem, engaging directly in customer discovery, and tracking adoption metrics. Responsibilities
- Prioritize and define external tools and surfaces where platform capabilities are exposed
- Build connectors, protocols, and packaging for external environments alongside the engineering team
- Collaborate with design on user experience within third-party tools
- Partner with the Agent Platform team regarding underlying architecture
- Research market trends across the agentic ecosystem to identify new opportunities
- Conduct customer research, user testing, and discovery sessions
- Create adoption plans and measure ongoing engagement metrics for released surfaces
Requirements
- Experience working on B2B or B2B2C SaaS products
- Deep customer empathy
- Hands-on experience building AI products for enterprise customers
- Technical understanding of agent architectures, APIs, and protocols
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for product decisions
- Experience working with agile engineering teams and Jira
