Job Description
Covera Health aims to make every diagnosis more accurate. It blends clinical know-how and artificial intelligence with a radiology quality dataset among the biggest in the field. In 2026 Covera came together with Medmo to build a platform that covers the whole radiology journey, from helping patients schedule imaging to coordinating care and checking diagnostic accuracy. Insight Partners is an investor, and the platform serves nearly 6 million people through large employers and health plans.
This product manager is responsible for growing the company's lines, among them Protect AI and Protect Seniors, plus later launches. Much of the effort sits out of sight, within the platform layer, API design, data work and AI. Clients mostly see outcomes as metrics and reports, so the role centers on technical platform work rather than interface design.
The manager uncovers needs with internal teams and directly with customers, then turns them into product direction. Responsibilities include setting the product vision and roadmap, working with engineering and AI teams on platform features and API specifications, writing detailed requirements with traceability, and reviewing technical designs. The role also defines success measures and the reports customers receive, and uses AI tools to prototype ideas quickly.
A suitable hire has eight-plus years of pertinent background, drawn from product, engineering or other positions that developed useful abilities, and feels at home with SQL, Python and JSON. Healthcare or health technology experience is expected. The posted base salary is $150,000 to $185,000, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
