LI.FI seeks a Product Manager to enhance the real-world performance of its aggregation product. Operating within a small, focused product team and reporting directly to the Product Lead, this remote position is restricted to applicants based in Europe. The role centers on two primary objectives: optimizing execution quality so that every liquidity source functions properly and transaction success rates meet established benchmarks, and directing the integration of new liquidity sources and ecosystems to expand the product's footprint.
The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with the Expansion team and its tech lead to convert complex technical and business requirements into structured engineering tasks. Additional duties include managing relationships with external partners like decentralized exchanges, and working alongside business development, quality assurance, and data teams to sustain product reliability. Ideal applicants possess a strong technical product background combined with blockchain familiarity, excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution quality for the aggregation product by establishing performance standards and monitoring metrics
- Direct the end-to-end integration of new liquidity ecosystems and sources from discovery to launch
- Partner with the Expansion tech lead to write clear engineering tickets and specifications
- Track API functionality and tool performance to identify issues before they impact users and partners
- Establish and nurture connections with external entities, including third parties and decentralized exchanges
- Coordinate with business development, quality assurance, and data teams to align priorities and feed improvements back into the product
Requirements
- Approximately 5 or more years of experience operating as a Product Manager in a technical environment
- Demonstrated background working within the blockchain industry
- Analytical and data-driven approach to interpreting patterns and making product decisions
- Clear communication abilities for interacting with external partners and translating technical problems into solutions
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools for daily workflows
- Must be located in Europe
Qualifications
- Background working on data products
- Experience tracking API performance or managing execution quality within technical products
- Prior exposure to crypto or fintech aggregation, routing, or liquidity solutions
