Job Description
Revalize is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the strategic direction of Pipe-Flo, its fluid system analysis software. Founded in 2021 and backed by TA Associates and Hg, Revalize builds software solutions for more than 16,000 manufacturing clients worldwide. In this full-time role, the successful candidate will manage both the established legacy product line and the upcoming cloud platform, steering modernization efforts, user experience enhancements, and AI-driven features.
This position requires driving customer migration to the cloud, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional and engineering teams, and handling commercialization plans like pricing. Over the initial one to two years, success involves releasing the next-generation platform, boosting cloud adoption, and maintaining a balance between legacy support and new innovations.
Working hours are structured around standard shifts from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time for United States personnel, and corresponding Central European Time hours for team members in the EMEA region. Responsibilities
- Manage the product strategy and roadmap for both legacy Pipe-Flo solutions and the next-generation cloud platform.
- Accelerate customer migration and adoption rates for the new cloud-based platform.

- Collaborate with engineering, user experience, and other departments to deliver timely and high-quality software releases.
- Contribute to commercialization plans, pricing structures, and strategies focused on revenue and retention.

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of product management background in technology, SaaS, or software sectors.
- Proven history of overseeing the complete product development lifecycle from initial discovery through release.
- Demonstrated ability to build and communicate product plans utilizing market insights.
- Practical experience collaborating with Agile software teams using tools such as Confluence or Jira.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence workflows and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Prior background working with industrial, manufacturing, simulation, or engineering software applications.
- Exposure to digital transformation and cloud modernization projects.
