Job Description
OnePay is a consumer fintech company that offers a single place for banking, savings, cards, financing at checkout, investing and crypto. It also serves employers and gig platforms with embedded financial products. Walmart and Ribbit Capital are among its backers. The company is hiring a full-time, remote Product Manager for its credit card, a program built with Walmart that launched in 2025 and is still early.
The product manager would take ownership of much of the card, starting from the opening screen a shopper sees and running through to the economics of each reward. Duties include driving growth and results across acquisition, activation and continued use, running the rewards program and its economics, and building the partner relationship with data-backed recommendations. The role works with engineering and analytics to choose what to build, justify it and track results after launch, and runs major roadmap areas in close coordination with the Product Lead.
The ideal candidate has run a card product or a meaningful piece of one, and understands how cards make and spend money, including interchange fees, rewards expenses, interest revenue and credit losses. The posting also expects a grasp of how issuers, card networks, processors and partners work together, and experience shipping alongside engineers. Comfort reading your own data is needed, along with a history of quantified outcomes such as approval rate lift, activation, spend totals or loss figures.
The company describes a fast-moving culture that values urgency, ownership and low ego. Compensation includes base pay, stock options and health coverage starting on day one, along with a 401(k) match and flexible time off. The hiring process includes an AI-assisted first screen, a talent partner conversation, a hiring manager or technical interview, a team interview and an executive interview.
