IDT BY INDET GROUP is seeking a Product Manager to guide the mobile merchant experience and expand multi-location point-of-sale capabilities. Working alongside the head of product, the selected professional will handle strategy, roadmap planning, and feature delivery for National Retail Solutions products.
This position requires collaborating with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market groups, and executive leadership to build intuitive tools for small businesses and independent restaurant operators. Candidates will oversee the complete lifecycle from discovery to launch while spending time with merchants to understand operational hurdles.

Responsibilities
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and iteration
- Engage with merchants and staff to evaluate workflows, pain points, and needs
- Create strategy documents, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable features
- Prioritize product roadmaps using customer feedback, metrics, market trends, and business goals
- Partner with sales, marketing, onboarding, and support teams to drive product adoption
- Evaluate competitors and industry trends to spot innovation opportunities
- Track key product metrics to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
- Act as the internal subject matter expert and customer advocate
Requirements
- Five or more years of Product Management experience building and scaling SaaS products
- Two or more years of experience leading mobile features and experiences
- Experience developing products for small business or consumer-oriented users
- Ability to work hybrid from an NRS office three days per week
