Experian seeks a Product Manager, Strategic Integrations to join Experian Employer Services in a remote capacity. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Product Management.
In this role, the candidate sits at the intersection of product strategy, data connectivity, ecosystem partnerships, and new solution development. Key responsibilities involve guiding product strategy for high-priority integration initiatives, collaborating with Partnerships and Alliances to evaluate strategic integration alternatives, and establishing scalable data connections across human capital management, payroll, and associated source systems. Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy development for priority integration projects within Employer Services
- Partner with Partnerships and Alliances to prioritize strategic integration opportunities, embedded experiences, and co-created solutions
- Provide product strategy recommendations on where to build, partner, integrate, or co-create based on customer value and business cases
- Identify opportunities to improve connectivity across priority Employer Services products and support an integrated client experience
- Shape strategy for scalable data connections across human capital management, payroll, and source systems
- Assess and help develop new integration and solution concepts emerging from partnerships
- Lead discovery and execution for priority integration opportunities by defining success measures and communicating rationale to leadership
- Identify high-value artificial intelligence opportunities and assess data, technology, risk, and build-versus-partner tradeoffs
Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of product management experience creating and scaling software, platform, integration, or data products
- Demonstrate strength in modern product management disciplines such as opportunity discovery, validation, strategy, and roadmaps
- Bring experience identifying and shaping ecosystem or partnership-led product opportunities
- Possess technical fluency with modern integration and data technologies including APIs and cloud-based architectures
Qualifications
- Experience in human resources tech, employer services, human capital management, payroll, compliance, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Experience applying generative artificial intelligence, large language models, agentic workflows, and artificial intelligence-enabled product practices
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
