Angkas is hiring a Product Manager for user trust and platform on a full-time, on-site basis in the Philippines, with the Manila hub named as the operations center. The manager owns the roadmap for identity, fraud, onboarding and activation, platform messaging, support tooling and back-office workflows. The role sets trust and platform KPIs, works with customer support, compliance and operations, and oversees phased releases and data privacy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the user trust and platform roadmap across identity, fraud, onboarding and activation, messaging, support and back office.
- Set the trust and platform KPI framework, including activation rates, fraud loss as a share of GMV, resolution time and CSAT.
- Define identity verification and account-state handling, plus back-office tools that let frontline teams suspend, reinstate and audit accounts.
- Plan phased releases, define success criteria, and decide when to pause or roll back.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years in product management or technical PM, with 1 to 2 years owning technical or platform products.
- Strong SQL skills to query a data warehouse, validate funnels and check metric movement independently.
- Working understanding of APIs, authentication and authorization flows, plus analytics tools and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with fraud detection concepts such as rules engines, risk scoring and false-positive tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with KYC and identity verification providers and document or biometric checks.
- Solid understanding of UI and UX principles.
- CSPO or a fraud, risk or data privacy certification is a plus.
