Job Description
Feeld operates as an independent, experimental company that is entirely remote and works on dating and sexuality. It is hiring a part-time Product Manager, Web for a fixed six-month contract, three days each week. The job centers on the website roadmap, aiming to show prospective members the product's value and help them move from web to app.
The product manager runs the web roadmap and backlog from day to day, converting strategic priorities into product requirements, user stories and clear success criteria. Work includes finding ways to lift conversion from the website into app installs and sign-ups, setting measures of success from funnel data, and running experiments aimed at conversion, engagement and site performance.
The role works alongside Engineering and Design from discovery to delivery, partners with Data on funnel results, and coordinates with SEO, Brand and Marketing so the web experience supports acquisition campaigns and organic growth. The manager keeps a prioritized backlog that balances new opportunities, optimization, bug fixes and technical work, handles dependencies and risks, and plans launches and post-release monitoring.
The ideal candidate has shipped web products, ideally in consumer or growth-oriented businesses, and has used experiments and data to lift conversion. The posting wants someone who can work autonomously in a fast-moving environment. Applications close on 19 October 2026.
