Revalize is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to focus on its configure-price-quote solutions for mid-market manufacturers. Established in 2021 and backed by TA Associates and Hg, the company provides software that assists manufacturing businesses with design, modeling, development, and sales processes. In this remote, full-time and bonus-eligible position, the professional will shape go-to-market strategies, craft messaging frameworks, and lead customer marketing initiatives. This role requires acting as a bridge between product management, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and successful launches. The ideal candidate utilizes AI-assisted tools to accelerate workflows and thrives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.
The person in this role will handle comprehensive launch planning, develop competitive and market intelligence, and execute programs aimed at driving upsell, customer expansion, and advocacy. Revalize expects employees in the United States to operate during standard working hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, while EMEA-based staff follow Central European Time from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end launch planning and execution by coordinating launch briefs, campaigns, and internal enablement with content, design, web, and demand generation teams
- Develop and own the messaging and positioning framework for configure-price-quote solutions, translating technical capabilities into narratives for business and technical buyers
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify market opportunities, target segments, and differentiated value propositions, while adapting plans for regional markets like EMEA
- Create and execute customer marketing programs to promote upsell, expansion, and advocacy, including building a customer reference program and case study library
- Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to provide pricing and packaging recommendations to leadership and product teams
- Apply AI and automation tools purposefully to identify repeatable use cases, enhance output quality, and increase efficiency
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in product marketing or relevant customer marketing within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated background in developing messaging and positioning for software products
- Experience in building or supporting customer reference or case study programs
- Strong comprehension of go-to-market strategy and SaaS sales enablement
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with CPQ, PLM, or other manufacturing and engineering software
- Experience using customer marketing, advocacy platforms, or reference-management tools
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a preference for taking prompt action
- Familiarity operating within a fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed organization
- Interest in building lasting customer relationships and community while leveraging AI tools in daily tasks
