  • Strong Linux proficiency at the level of a software engineer
  • Comfort building and reviewing code using a modern programming language such as Python, Go, or TypeScript
  • Ability to debug live systems directly on the box
  • Practical skills in product discovery, including customer interviews, assumption mapping, pricing experiments, and data analysis
  • Experience quickly mastering complex technical domains and making architectural choices
  • Demonstrated capability in people leadership including hiring, performance talks, and mentorship
  • Familiarity with agentic and AI-assisted development workflows
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Availability to work during EU hours

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the web hosting ecosystem with tools like cPanel/WHM, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or running hosting infrastructure
  • Background working on security products such as web application firewalls, runtime protection, malware detection, vulnerability management, or patching
