Drips is currently seeking a remote Production Quality Control Specialist to join the team on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. Drips operates a proprietary platform that facilitates compliance-governed, two-way SMS conversations and automated outreach campaigns for organizations.
In this position, you will serve as the final line of defense before real customers interact with campaign builds. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that automated messages arrive on time, calls route properly, and the overall experience functions correctly across different devices, carriers, and time zones. This role requires technical depth to understand system behaviors, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a continuous queue of testing cases from intake to a documented close.
The role suits a detail-oriented professional who excels at queue management, defect tracking, and technical collaboration. You will work closely alongside the Build team and Product Engineering to investigate issues, reproduce defects, and translate technical findings into straightforward language. Daily collaboration takes place via video calls, chat channels, and shared documentation.
Responsibilities
- Run functional and regression tests on completed campaign builds to verify timing, call routing, message content, and digit-press behavior
- Own a queue of quality control cases from intake through a thoroughly tested and documented close
- Prioritize daily workloads based on urgency, launch schedules, and complexity
- Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to the Build team or Product Engineering
- Maintain a defect tracking dashboard and deliver regular reports to leadership summarizing findings, risks, and improvements
