This role focuses on tactical, hands-on implementation within Engineering, Product, and Design operations. The individual will build and refine organizational processes, drive improvement initiatives, and manage operational health procedures. Responsibilities include analyzing operational data, spotting trends, and facilitating project planning and reviews across technical teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage and improve processes for bug tracking, incidents, reliability, and escalations.
- Analyze operational health data to identify trends and create reports using Jira and Snowflake.
- Design and execute process changes based on operational insights.
- Identify process gaps within EPD and implement appropriate workflows.
- Facilitate planning activities, project tracking, project status reviews, leadership roadmap reviews, and priority reviews.
- Coordinate across systems, processes, and teams to simplify operations and resolve overlapping efforts.
- Manage project retrospectives with stakeholders to gather feedback for future work.
- Support ad-hoc EPD initiatives requiring structure and operational guidance.
Requirements
- Experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Background working closely within engineering and product environments.
- Experience as a Program or Technical Program Manager in a remote startup setting.
- Working understanding of technical engineering operations, common workflows, tooling, and friction points.
- Experience managing operational health processes such as bug tracking, reliability, incidents, or escalations.
- Data analysis skills including building dashboards and reports in Jira and Snowflake.
- Experience supporting planning cycles, project tracking, and recurring leadership reviews.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management software like Jira, Notion, and GitHub, and the engineering lifecycle.
