Job Description

Gradient AI seeks a Program Operations Specialist to take charge of project and case management concerning health underwriting solutions. This fully remote position operates within a rapidly expanding company that utilizes artificial intelligence to assist insurance providers with risk prediction, profitability enhancement, and claims automation. The organization manages a massive data lake comprising tens of millions of policies and claims to deliver actionable intelligence to carriers, managing general agents, third-party administrators, and self-insured organizations. Candidates should possess a strong foundation in software environments and an aptitude for translating technical details into clear executive-level visibility.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Jira, Excel, and Salesforce with the ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams like data science and data engineering while bridging technical details and business priorities
  • Capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams involving different owners without defined end dates
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through capabilities to hold cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills to convert ticket-level details into portfolio-level visibility for leadership
