As the primary point of contact for clients, the incoming Project Manager will steer project execution while collaborating alongside Solution Consultants and technical staff. Key duties involve overseeing project scopes, timelines, milestones, and potential risks without handling technical solution design. The ideal candidate will facilitate internal cross-functional teamwork across product, engineering, sales, and customer success units while maintaining regular communication with external client leadership.

- Identify and resolve project roadblocks and provide regular status reports
- Lead client meetings and cultivate strong customer relationships
- Drive delivery process improvements and evolve project management methodologies
- Maintain alignment with standard documentation protocols and delivery procedures
Requirements
- Experience delivering complex enterprise implementations in regulated industries or healthcare
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with high autonomy
- Adept at navigating ambiguity through structured planning
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on removing roadblocks
