This role centers on directing a cross-functional group to deliver Interactive Response Technology systems for randomization and drug supply management. The person chosen will act as the primary client contact from contract execution through system archiving, manage timelines, control project scope, and lead meetings. Additionally, the position involves supervising team members, contributing to staff training and performance management, tracking project metrics for scorecard targets, and participating in departmental hiring and operational improvements. Occasional travel to client locations for meetings and user training sessions is required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional project team to deliver Interactive Response Technology systems for randomization and drug supply management
  • Manage client expectations regarding delivery, scope, and project schedules
  • Lead client kickoff meetings and support internal and external specification review sessions
  • Track project tasks to ensure timely system delivery for client user acceptance testing
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, establish agendas, distribute minutes, and track action items
  • Assess project risks proactively and escalate issues through established communication channels
  • Drive study resourcing efforts with input from project team members
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout project build and maintenance phases
  • Identify and implement process improvements for the services department
  • Provide feedback to the product team on new features based on client requests
  • Delegate and oversee tasks assigned to associate project managers
  • Travel to client sites for meetings and user training sessions
  • Lead the team to achieve scorecard targets for capacity, compliance efficiency, quality, and engagement
  • Act as the primary client contact from contract award through system deactivation and archival
  • Support the training and development of new team members
  • Provide direct supervision, performance management, and check-ins for team members
  • Collaborate with league leadership on study assignments, hiring decisions, and operational updates
