The organization seeks a Project Manager to oversee all phases of project delivery, balancing time, scope, and budget while maintaining close contact with clients and the corporate head office. This remote position suits a professional with strong technical expertise who can guide master planning, handle risk and feasibility assessments, and direct communication between clients and internal departments.
The person in this role will shepherd solutions from specification preparation and cost estimation through design reviews, testing phases, and final deployment. Responsibilities also include contributing to internal project management process improvements, coordinating with original equipment manufacturers, and assisting cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues. Responsibilities
- Manage all communication channels between clients and internal teams
- Oversee project planning and execution to ensure delivery within budget and deadlines
- Gather critical details to prepare solution specifications and cost quotes
- Lead master planning and track feasibility, risks, and expenses
- Coordinate solution design and follow up on detailed design reviews
- Participate in regular project review meetings to hit milestones
- Review technical documents and equipment lists, and ensure test plans are created
- Handle client relationship management and escalate support issues when needed
- Convey objectives, schedules, and roadblocks to internal and external stakeholders
- Transmit design requirements to software, mechanical, IT, and documentation teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant technical experience in a comparable field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Understanding of project management tools, techniques, and culture
- Strong organizational skills for managing tasks and shifting priorities
Qualifications
- A degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline
- A formal project management qualification or PMI PMP certification
- Background working within regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, or food and beverage
