Spiralyze is hiring a remote Project Manager to serve as the central, client-facing coordinator for high-impact A/B testing initiatives. In this full-time position, the professional will act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and multidisciplinary internal teams.
The role centers on guiding experiments through every phase, from initial conception and building to launching and analysis. The ideal candidate will orchestrate cross-functional groups consisting of five to ten people, anticipate potential roadblocks, remove obstacles, and ensure projects progress without disruption.
Beyond operational execution, the individual will develop and maintain testing roadmaps containing ten to twenty upcoming experiments. Responsibilities include explaining the rationale behind strategies, establishing expectations, and leading weekly update meetings with clients to discuss progress and outcomes. This position requires maintaining positive momentum and focus, serving as the main contact point for both clients and internal colleagues during busy periods.
Candidates do not need prior project management experience or a background in A/B testing, as comprehensive training will be provided by Spiralyze.
Responsibilities
- Manage cross-functional teams of five to ten professionals to ensure seamless progression of tests from conception to analysis
- Identify risks in advance and eliminate operational roadblocks
- Develop and maintain testing roadmaps of ten to twenty upcoming experiments
- Communicate the rationale for strategic plans and establish clear expectations
- Lead weekly meetings with clients to review progress and test results
- Serve as the primary contact point for internal personnel and client stakeholders
