The position involves building relationships with clients ranging from analysts to executives, monitoring risks, and ensuring that software delivery aligns with expectations. ReSource Pro operates as an optimization and technology partner dedicated exclusively to the insurance industry, supporting thousands of carriers, brokers, and MGAs.
Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive project plans that outline scope, resource allocation, deliverables, and timelines
- Guide project teams through the entire lifecycle from start to finish while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget constraints
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and scope issues
- Communicate regularly with assigned clients as their primary day-to-day contact to deliver transparent status updates and handle escalations
- Promote a collaborative, respectful, and solution-focused working environment
Requirements
- Ten or more years of relevant experience in program or project management or software implementation within IT and software delivery settings
- Familiarity with vendor solutions, claims management, and policy administration systems such as Guidewire, Insurity, Majesco, and Duck Creek
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25 percent of the time
- Must reside in the United States, as all remote roles are based in the country
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Project Management Professional certification
- Experience working in Property and Casualty insurance
