Trillium Health Resources is a managed care organization running tailored plans across 46 North Carolina counties. It coordinates services for people with serious mental illness, substance use conditions, brain injuries and developmental or intellectual disabilities. The company is filling a full-time, non-exempt Provider Services Representative I post that can be performed remotely within North Carolina.

The representative provides non-clinical administrative assistance to network providers, employees, community partners, state and local bodies, and other managed care entities. Most contact runs through phone and email on the Provider Support Service Line, which can be someone's first encounter with the organization. Working knowledge of Trillium's procedures, policies and provider handbook is necessary.

The support line operates 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and occasional weekend, holiday or disaster-response shifts may be required. Pay ranges from $41,496 to $52,700. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with a year of clerical work, or an equivalent blend of schooling and experience, a valid driver's license, residency in North Carolina, and willingness to travel across the service area. Preferred background is two years of clerical or customer service work, six months of it in a call center, plus one year in a behavioral health or medical setting.
