Coins.ph is recruiting a QA Engineer in Manila for a full-time hybrid role focused on automated testing of software, especially payment modules. The engineer designs and runs automated test cases, builds and maintains test frameworks, and reviews requirements to propose test strategies. Work includes checking integrations with banks and third-party payment platforms, verifying payment status syncing, and writing test reports.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated test cases to ensure broad coverage.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks and improve test efficiency.
- Test payment modules, including payment interface calls and status synchronization.
- Verify bank and third-party payment channel integrations and record results in reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field, with more than 3 years in software test automation.
- Proficiency with at least one automation tool, such as Selenium or Appium.
- Experience testing payment flows, including order creation, processing, refunds and reconciliation.
- Coding ability in Java or Python, plus SQL for data queries.
Qualifications
- Experience with channel interface specifications and integration testing.
- Knowledge of functional, performance and interface testing.
- Good communication, teamwork and a sense of responsibility.
