The successful candidate will design and execute tests to validate both functional and non-functional system criteria while collaborating with engineers across various infrastructure layers. Responsibilities
- Plan and implement tests for functional and non-functional system requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and developers across infrastructure layers
- Perform software testing and lead the team
- Create and run tests while troubleshooting issues
- Identify and resolve bugs
- Address and resolve real-time customer problems
- Manage a small team of two members and oversee work delivery
Requirements
- Reside in Tamil Nadu or Kerala
- Able to start immediately or possess a 30-day notice period
- Knowledge of automation testing tools
- Understanding of Agile technology and testing concepts
- Familiarity with end-to-end test management workflows
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, ALM, TESTRAIL, BUGZILLA, and HP

- Familiarity with relevant QA industry standard practices and methodologies
