Justlife is looking for a QA Engineer to join its engineering team on a full-time, remote basis in Turkey. The company operates a platform that allows users in the UAE and Saudi Arabia to book home services such as cleanings and maintenance. In this role, you will act as the quality gate across mobile, web, and backend systems while helping the engineering organization scale its development operations. You will be responsible for minimizing production defects, investigating root causes alongside developers, and incorporating AI-driven testing practices into the workflow. Responsibilities
- Manage the quality gate across web, mobile, and backend systems to prevent production defects
- Participate in technical and product grooming sessions to identify risks and potential issues early
- Collaborate with the automation team to expand test coverage, regression suites, and determine which tasks to automate
- Execute exploratory, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for assigned Scrum commitments
- Utilize AI tools and agents to draft test scenarios, analyze requirements, and minimize repetitive tasks
- Build relationships with developers, product managers, and business partners to champion quality
- Design and implement at least one AI-driven quality assurance initiative by the sixth month
Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of hands-on quality assurance experience focusing on test design, bug lifecycle management, and root-cause analysis
- Demonstrate practical application of AI tools in quality assurance or software development work
- Understand automation concepts and test frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium
- Have experience working in fast-paced tech or startup environments with complex mobile, web, and backend systems
