Unison Infrastructure is hiring a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to work remotely from a home office. Reporting to the Managing Director, Legal, this role is designed for a detail-oriented real estate professional experienced in multi-jurisdictional practices who can help drive transactions to completion.
The position involves overseeing a national pipeline of deals, handling closing documents, and performing thorough due diligence across multiple properties. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational capabilities, professional integrity, a collaborative attitude, and a readiness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of nationwide deals and maintain closing checklists and trackers
- Prepare closing packages and coordinate document execution
- Perform due diligence by reviewing surveys, site inspections, plats, title commitments, and leases
- Gather necessary documentation for real estate transactions
- Draft and review legal descriptions
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience at a mid to large-sized law firm
- Bachelor degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce, GIS, and deed plotting software
- Ability to work remotely from a home office
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship
Qualifications
