This provisional role operates remotely, though the consultant must reside within Ohio and occasionally travel to the David P. Blom Administrative Campus.
The chosen professional will handle full-lifecycle recruiting across specific functional areas, managing both standard hiring needs and challenging, high-visibility searches. Daily duties involve creating multi-channel sourcing plans, managing applicant pipelines, guiding hiring managers through selection, and negotiating offers. This person acts as a subject matter expert on market intelligence and diversity initiatives while supporting process improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to compensation negotiations and onboarding handoffs
- Design and execute diverse, multi-channel sourcing plans utilizing networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Deliver qualified slates of candidates to hiring managers while rapidly screening and dispositioning applicants
- Track candidate pipeline health, applicant flow, and pipeline metrics to provide regular reporting to leadership
- Partner with internal stakeholders to advise on recruitment best practices, market intelligence, and candidate experiences
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and special projects within the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- At least two years of corporate, full lifecycle recruitment experience including candidate closing and offer negotiations
- Prior experience building partnerships across business units and managing multiple concurrent searches
- Familiarity with state and federal employment laws alongside EEO regulations
- Hands-on experience utilizing an applicant tracking system such as Workday
- Residency within the state of Ohio

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated track record of placing diverse talent and advancing inclusion goals
