Job Description
Integra Partners is seeking a Reengineering Program Director to guide complex, cross-functional projects aimed at boosting operational performance, financial results, scalability, and user experience. Established in 2005, Integra Partners manages a national durable medical equipment, prosthetic, and orthotic supplies network, connecting payers, providers, and members via streamlined workflows and technology. In this position, the director takes charge of initiatives from early opportunity assessments and business case creation through execution, adoption, and value realization. Rather than direct people management, the job requires guiding through influence and cross-functional collaboration across departments such as operations, IT, finance, product, and clinical teams.
The role suits an experienced transformation leader who can formulate enterprise reengineering roadmaps, manage budgets and delivery risks, establish executive reporting, and design scalable operating models. Key tasks during the first six months include analyzing current workflows, understanding the operating model, forming stakeholder relationships, and crafting a prioritized roadmap. Within twelve months, the director will launch high-performance initiatives, deliver ROI models, and ensure smooth transitions of sustained adoption to operational owners. Candidates can work remotely from eligible states including Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
Responsibilities
- Manage the enterprise reengineering roadmap and steer prioritized initiatives from assessment to value realization.
- Coordinate cross-functional groups across operations, IT, finance, product, and clinical areas through influence.
- Determine scope, milestones, success metrics, resource needs, risk controls, and project budgets.
- Formulate business cases, total cost of ownership models, and financial justifications tied to measurable outcomes.
- Assess current workflows, analyze performance baselines, and lead operating model redesigns and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to evaluate technology solutions, lead vendor selections, and manage RFIs or RFPs.
- Advise executive stakeholders on cost optimization, scalability, growth, and operational performance using data-driven insights.
- Create change management strategies, stakeholder plans, communication workflows, and adoption tracking measures.
Requirements
- Over ten years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, or program leadership.
- Demonstrated success guiding complex, cross-functional transformation efforts without direct authority.
- Background working in operations-intensive environments such as healthcare services, revenue cycle management, utilization management, or contact centers.
- Track record of developing business cases, financial models, executive recommendations, and benefit-realization plans.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled transformation, vendor assessment, execution oversight, and operational handoffs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Master of Business Administration or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certification such as Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, or change management preferred.
