Lively is seeking a Regional Enterprise Sales Director - West to join its remote team, focusing on the PST or MST time zones. The company provides a modern benefit solutions platform featuring health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, commuter benefits, and more, prioritizing user-centric design to improve healthcare spending and financial wellness. In this role, you will target employer clients with more than 3,000 benefits-eligible lives. You will engage prospects directly through a named accounts strategy and work closely with employee benefits brokers and consultants. This position involves both transactional and solutions-oriented selling, requiring you to adapt your approach to each prospect while managing the entire sales cycle from discovery to close. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS, HR-tech, or employee benefits, excels at outbound prospecting, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales activity within the assigned West territory to achieve personal sales quotas and performance metrics
- Partner with employee benefits consultants and brokers to design winning solutions for prospective employer clients
- Conduct outbound sales calls, email campaigns, and sequence follow-ups for targeted named accounts
- Guide prospective clients through the buyer journey to demonstrate how Lively reduces healthcare costs and drives employee engagement
- Identify and map out key decision-makers and influencers to close deals effectively
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support new product rollouts and provide market feedback
Requirements
- Located in the PST or MST time zone
- Minimum of five years of experience as an account executive in SaaS, HR-tech, or the benefits industry
- Previous experience selling through employee benefits brokers
- Demonstrated history of managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and activity metrics
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales automation software such as Gong and BenefitsFlow
- Working knowledge of health insurance or employee benefits
